Visits are made more functional and secure by allowing visitors to register when they arrive, minimising personal interactions and the handling of documents. After entering their personal data, which can now be done by scanning their ID card, visitors will be made aware of and accept (with a signature) the Privacy Policy applied to the processing of their personal data, as provided for in the law that ensures the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Welcoming visitors through a web portal

Visitors can access a web portal that allows them to enter their own identification data by scanning their ID card or typing it in manually.
On this portal you can also read and accept (with signature) the Privacy Policy that applies to the processing of your personal data.

Expected visits refistered in advance by the employee

Once employees have planned their expected visits on their web portal, they are available at the reception desk, making it easier to admit the visitor.
