Engineering and production of customised cards

We have an automated service for producing cards customised for the needs and expectations of each Client, incorporating different personal identification technologies, such as RFID, magnetic strips and bar codes.

Produces in-house or in your company

These cards can be made with layouts provided by the client or created by the ACTUASYS design team, and are produced in our printing unit equipped with high-quality heat transfer and sublimation printers. We also offer complete systems for the production of cards, as well as the consumables and services necessary to operate these systems in your company’s own premises.

MiFare cards

MIFARE Classic cards keep information confidential and secure by using encryption keys. This means that identification data is not issued until the MIFARE card and the reader authenticate each other.

MIFARE technology provides several areas of data that can be used by different applications, called sectors: each sector has its own encryption keys, which are known to the application using it.

DesFire cards

MIFARE DESFire cards, the latest, most advanced and flexible technology, contain a much more robust microprocessor and security features compared to MIFARE Classic. The authentication system is done mutually between the reader and the card in three different steps.

MIFARE DESFire allows cards to be used in different application scenarios, such as identification, access, transport and micro-payments.

Virtual Card APP

The growing trend towards dematerialisation and digitalisation in companies is driving the adoption of innovative solutions, such as mobile apps that replace traditional physical employee cards. The Virtual Card app simplifies and optimises attendance marking, eliminating the need to carry a physical card. This technological integration reflects the evolution of the workplace, increasing efficiency and productivity.
