TUX500 achieves IP65 certificate

The new Touch User Experience terminal is IP65 certified after passing the intrusion tests to which it was subjected by the Instituto Electrotécnico Português.
The TUX500 is suitable for companies looking for a terminal with a compact design and an incomparable user experience for its employees, with no limitations on outdoor application and use thanks to its resistance against invasive moisture, dust and even liquids.
The IP65 protection class results from a long research and development process by our mechanical engineering department. Cláudio Pinto, Product, Process and Production Director, explains that he resorted to overmolding processes to ensure that the international standards, defined by the standard EN 60529: 1991 + A1: 2000 + A2: 2013, were met without compromising hardware requirements and equipment production processes.
